A month prior to your elopement we start finalising your elopement itinerary, timeline, confirm any final vendor details, and coordinate with vendors

Succesful Elopement
You enjoy the best day of your lives, being absolutely stress-free and making memories!

FAQ's
How many guests is an elopement?
Wild Union Co Elopements allow for 10 guests max (unless otherwise stated on the specific package details). Guest count included children over 12 months of age and excludes the head count of bride and groom.
Can we have a full day elopement?
Yes, Wild Union Co Elopements cater to half day and full day elopement days. Queenstown Elopements are full day only.
What locations do you offer elopements for?
Wild Union Co covers Queenstown, Lake Tekapo, Loch Stock Lodge - Culverden, The Starling Homestead - Waipara, Mangamaunu Retreat - Kaikoura, and Mt.Cook Retreat - Lake Pukaki.
Is Astrophotography included?
Yes when booking a full day elopement, astrophotography is included - weather dependant.
How much notice do we have to give to book?
We can take bookings anywhere from 18 months prior to 1 weeks notice depending on availability.
Are you booked out?
Wild Union Co only takes on 1-2 elopements per month to give each couple the proper attention they deserve, currently we have limited spaces from August 2026 - April 2027 with several months fully booked out.
